Bill Taylors "Fitting and drilling a bowling ball" book
« on: February 28, 2012, 05:55:58 AM »
While surfing around the bowling sites. I found this link to a pdf.

It's looks like a xerox copy of a English & Japanese version of  Bill Taylor's "Fitting and drilling a bowling ball".

I've never seen the original B.Taylor and was wondering if this is the same or basically the same book? If someone has the "American book" or a link to a pdf copy, how does this compare?

Keep in mind the book was released in 1974....

Come on now that stuff is still relevant....wasn't Belmo using 1/2 positive and 1/2 thumb as a layout for his ball on the show? :)

No if it was Smallwood's it would have had 1/2 thumb....Belmo had no thumb :)

Yes I know, but thanks away JustRico.

Can anyone tell if its the '84 last revision.

Also does anyone have a link to the instruction manual for the BT Ball fitter? like to have that to go with the book.

thanks

Exactly the same, page for page with the book I have which doesn't have printing date so I would assume it is the original! Been so long since looking at the book that I forgot about the "style" of pants back then that some used on the tour! Page 11 !!!!!!!! I think I might still have some somewhere that I wore out there!!! As far as the guide for the ball fitter, if you PROMISE to send it back I can send it to you to copy!

Let me know!

Thanks for the offer raiderh20boy, But thats okay. I'll run across a copy some time, I could swear I found a link once before to a pdf of the manual. If I did maybe I have it on a backup disk and forgot about it.
