Pitches
« on: February 17, 2008, 11:51:40 AM »
I did a few thumb slugs for myself on and I used to hang up in the ball slightly I am left handed and the left part of my thumb the part closest to my fingers always looks like a meat grinder hit it because it rubs when I let go. With the new pitches I used the ball feels really tight but when I go to let go of it feels like it just falls off my hand so I cant hit my target and feels bad I want to be able to get out good and not rub my finger any suggestions. I believe I put 1/8 right lateral and 0 forward and reverse any suggestions.
