I am getting a plastic ball this week for dry lanes. I recently picked up the 2 handed craze 3 weeks ago and have shot 2 700's since. I am thinking for the plastic ball of having just the 2 finger holes then a negative weight hole.
What would you suggest for a 2 handed plastic ball. Why? What would you expect from it?
What happens to the ball when you don't drill out a thumb hole, more/less hook?
Thanks

if your gonna go with a plastic ball to strike with, id go with a Lane 1 XXXL . at least youll have some flare and a core to carry some stuff. i know when it gets dry my blue dot can leave some weird **** cuz its just a 3 piece

I have a mars with the cg in my bridge and pin 2" up or down depending on how i hold it. No thumbhole and the weights are legal. Pin up the thing goes ridiculously long and sideways if there is friction. I had to take it down to 2000 abralon and even on a used league condition it still skids a long ways... If you drill a plastic like this, i dont think you will get anything but a sideways backend at 55'. And that would be if there was a 15' pattern with little oil. I think it would just skid forever on a regular pattern...
