Plug and redrill 16# to 15#?

Ball is an older urethane 16 pounder. Has been drilled so I'm sure it is a touch under 16# at this point. Haven't had a chance to weigh it.

My question is can I plug and redrill the ball to get it as close to 15# as possible? Maybe deeper fingers and weight hole on PAP?

NO, you cannot.

 Drilling a ball will take some weight out, but not nearly enough to turn a 16lb'er into a 15lb'er.  Not even with an extra hole.
