Check ebonite.com under powerhouse clinic. It pretty much teaches you every aspect of the pro shop. I know its like $1200 for the 5day course. Its one of a few pro shop classes that are offered.

I attended this class last August.  It teaches you everything you need to know to become a "successful" pro shop owner/operator.  It covers ball plugging, and resurfacing, sales and marketing strategies.  We spent a day and a half on fitting and layout, there was a one day tour of the Powerhouse plant, where we saw everything that happens in the making of the balls. Then, we spent the entire last day on ball drilling.  IMHO it was well worth the money.  Hope that helps!
