Title: Question about How to Layout Equipment

Hey guys, really quick question.  I was laying out a ball for the first time (using the PSA drilling guide in essence) and I had a question.  When you measure the pin-pap distance, what part of the pin do you start measuring at?  Do you start at the closest point to the PAP, in the middle of the pin, or at the farthest side?  Thanks for the help.
