question on pin to pap distance

 two identical balls, one drilled 125x5x65 and the second drilled 125x2x65. the 125 and 65 deg angles are supposed to be for control, and the 5 inch pin would give length, what could i expect from the 2 in pin in comparison?  tia...

the one with the 2" pin should be sooner and more arcy whereas the 5" pin will be later and more flippy off the breakpoint.
