Title: Question: What is a Label drilling?

I've heard of it numerous times and have never known what it meant or referred to? Anyone care to enlighten me?

If I am not mistaken, I believe a label drilling usually has the pin somewhere to the right of the ring finger with the cg in the grip area. I think.
