Title: reloaded drillling question

Hi

I have a chance to buy a used reloaded.  I am wondering about this drill pattern:

pin, 4-5 inch, under bridge, cg swung out in thumb quadrant.

Is this a strong drill or a control drill, or both?  any help is greatly appreciated.
