i just picked up a sling blade from my buddies dad for real cheap. anyways im wondering if the drilling is rev leverage?

Its like 15 2oz with holes, 3 1/2 inch pin

Pin next and up a little of the ring, cg 1 1/4 up from thumb then 2 inch over. and ten theres a huge hole 2 1/2 over form the cg.
