I wouldn't make the lateral and forward changes at the same time.
Explanation:
Right now you have 1/8 rev and 1/8 left.
I am going to assume that your thumb lays at about 45° so as far as your thumb is concerned the current pitches are all reverse.
I say this because the 2 pitches would triangulate to a single pitch that is at 45° due to equal lengths. If the pitches weren't of equal length the triangulated pitch would be at a different angle but that is another story.
You could get the same feel by using a single pitch with the ball placed in the jig at 45° and using either .176 reverse or .176 left depending on which way you rotated the ball. On a standard drill .176 is slightly less than 3/16 (.1875) on a mill you could dial in the actual decimal pitches.
By changing to 1/8 fwd and 1/8 right it would be all forward as far as your thumb is concerened assuming a 45° thumb angle.
