2 part x hole question
« on: October 27, 2005, 10:56:14 AM »
1. say you had a ball that was too snappy and you wanted the reaction to be more arc like, if you added a flare increasing x hole with a large diameter that's not drilled very deep, besides increasing the hook, could it possibly make the reaction a more arc at the same time, or does that just defy the laws of physics?

2. What is the largest diameter you can use for an x hole?

but is there a way to add an x hole that'll increase overall hook and make the reaction shape more arc like, is that physically possible, or does any increase in flare from the x hole make the reaction more snappy at the break?

Putting the hole closer to center of span makes the ball roll earlier and smooths out the reaction.  A hole down from you PAP 3 3/8 makes the ball have a stronger midlane reaction.
