And, if you do a "true" Rico (extra hole 6 3/4" from the pin), the extra hole will not be able to add any bottom weight to the equation.
But as the USBC is proving to themselves, and everyone else, static weights, while not absolute zero in affecting ball reaction and/or pin carry, are VERY LOW on the list of items that truly affect ball reaction (I believe they are 14th out of 20).
Variances in ball speed, release, trajectory, etc. override the affects that static weights have on ball reaction and/or pin carry.
