Rico or pin 2.5 from PAP
« on: April 19, 2009, 02:35:16 AM »
I am having trouble bowling on the fresh and I need some help.  Would I be better off using the RICO or putting the pin at 2.5 from PAP with a big hole.

My speed is 17-18 and rev rate is high.

Need for PBA PATTERNS 36-44

Which balls work best?

Thanks

with the speed/hand you say you have, i'd try a 1" pin..

I have two balls drilled with 2.5" pin to pap
A 2ND dimension and a mighty shift

i love my 2d,  clean through the fronts, starts picking up in the back of midlane and still has plenty of backend, without being unruly.

My Mighty shift is mighty smooth.......but doesnt hook very much. It could also be the MB placement but i dunno.  so in my experience id def do this layout on a symmetrical ball ....but not an Asymmetrical........

Oh btw  both have a 5/8" hole about 1 3/4" deep on my PAP
