A little advise please

Ok I had a epic drilled up. Told the driller it was ok put the pin farther from my pap under ring finger than optimal due to the mb skewed to the left. Well the track clips my thumb hole, so I put a flare increasing weight hole. That fixed that but I constantly leave ringing ten pins and the surface is at 600 grit already. The cg is about 1 inch lower than the center of my grip and it had 3.14 ozs of top weight to start with. I was thinking to drill the fingers deep hoping to get the ball to face up a little earlier. Is this moving in the right direction or not?

personally, I'd try to get it to go a little longer with surface, and maybe a little shine. This would let it store energy longer, and more pop on the back.
I'd try 1000 abralon, and a little polish first. je
