Title: simple pin question
Post by: the humble one on April 07, 2004, 09:56:23 AM
How's everybody doing. I'm in the process of picking up a long overdue new bowling ball (most likely the triple X from storm). I'm just wondering what everybody thinks would be an optimum pin distance for a ball to be drilled very strong and roll early. Thanks, any suggestions are greatly appreciated =)

For the most part, on a ball with a "spun/accurately marked MB" the pin distance to CG is not going to matter much. The Triple X Factor is one of those balls.

Hi, I was refering to pin distance to cg before drilling. Excaliber, i've heard about these balls being assymetrical and it was more important to have the RAD in the correct position. Am I right on this one, or should I still worry about pin distances for earlier roll and greater hook potential?
