lower top weight
« on: January 03, 2010, 07:57:55 AM »
I have a chance to get a agent orange with a 4" pin an 1 3/4oz top weight. With the cg ending up being next to my thumb with the drill pattern I want to put on it,I'm wondering if the top wieght is to low.I will put the pin above fingers inline with the bridge.Looking for this ball to play on the shark pattern.Would the top weight work ?
Thanks for the replies

The BuzzBomb core balls did not perform well when they were drilled with Bottom or Thumb Weight which I have a fealing this drilling and low starting weight will produce.  Might want to move PIN higher and CG closer to fingers.  Check out the PICs of my AO in the link below..

Double thumb layout would be a good place to start.

website slogan quote...

"cg no matter"!.

However if YOU think it does....I could rely some ideas out of the Gravity Balance system from Lane1 or maybe you could get ideas out here from T-God or Richie or other Lane1 gurus!

Also, dont forget that you can drill the fingers more shallow and the thumb deeper if need be.
