Is it possible a high performance ball can use as a spareball 0-3 hook(0-10 hook potential)

Short of a Rhino though I would probably avoid a reactive spare ball unless you can really throw anything straight (I do naturally and still use plastic/urethane).  You can get a plastic spare ball for under $40 shipped (https://www.bowlingball.com/products/bowling-balls/columbia-300/13335/white-dot-lime-slime.html).

A guy on my team uses a Hy-Road for 6s, 10s, and 6-10s. He rarely misses.

Same with Norm Duke but generally the exception.  Easiest way to raise your average is have confidence shooting 10 pins.  If can do that with reactives great but personally I like to take the pattern out of the equation.
