Speed Dominate Drillings
« on: May 24, 2007, 09:55:12 AM »
I'm considered to be a slightly speed dominate bowler, and because of this, I was wondering if there are certain drill layouts that are more likely to work well for better ball reaction.  And what about types of balls, rg, and surfaces for speed dominate bowlers?  Typically, I am about 14-15 mph at the pins, with low to lower medium revs.  Every ball I have now is pin under ring finger, and each ball is usually dull.

you will need to keep your stuff a bit on the dull side. drillings should have the pin in the 3 3/8" - 4" range so the ball will have time to react before it hits the rack
