I've made some fairly substantial adjustments over the last 4-5 months to correct for continued knuckle issues and loss of flexibility. I like where I'm at, but have one remaining issue...
I'm using oval thumb inserts now (for me at least, they feel great), but although I release the ball better than I have in years, I feel pressure at the back of the base of my thumb where it joins the hand. I can see how all possible adjustments (4 I can think of) may have an effect, but which is the best bet to remove pressure at the base of the thumb?
