It only looks like a RICO if ou have the appropriate pap coordinates.
For me, with my 4 1/8> 1/2^ pap, a 5 X 3 X 4 would look different than someones ball who has a 5> 1/4\/ pap.
"Yeah, I throw AMF. What's it to ya"?

yes, my pap is 5 over, and everyones layout will look different based on the pap coordinates, just wondering how it would react and if anyone had used this

I have a similar type of layout on both a Cell and a Prodigy -- the pin is closer to 5 1/2" away from my PAP, but still a similar MB placement and the pin is just under my middle finger. (The Prodigy has a small x-hole in the P4 position just to get the flare rings to separate a bit more since it's a symmetric core) It's a fantastic layout provided I use it when it's called for. Both balls get fairly good length, and are very smooth off the breakpoint. It's great for wet/dry lanes where I need the ball to not snap off the dry, and it's useful on fresh backends for slowing the ball down and keeping the ball from jumping. Carry can be an issue once the head oil starts to go away, but that's not what these balls were drilled for, so that's to be expected.
