I have read some positive threads about the work that they do in this forum. Mainly using your current specs.

My question is,

Has anyone sent in your favorite drilled ball (not knowing the exact specs) and had them measure it and then drill you a new ball or plug one so that it matches your fav?

Not sure if they even do this, but before I ask them I am looking for some feedback just in case they do indeed do this service.

Yes, I've used them for this and never regretted it on any of the last 5 balls I've gotten from them. The do offer a mold option for guaranteed success on next ball, but I personally use the Vise IT, so never needed to worry about thumb.
