Recommendations on ball drillers in Las Vegas

I am having pain in my thumb; callous on right side, and callous on base of the thumb (RH).  Would changing from a round hole to an oval help?  I would like someone to evaluate my span/pitches so that it's not so painful to bowl every week.  Thoughts on good ball drillers in the area?  Will be in Vegas April 18th.  Thanks.
