Looks like a typical label leverage drill, or maybe a label shift, since the cg's not on centerline.

Nothing special. Gives you a nice smooth arc on THS shot. About average length. This is a very common starter drill.

Need a PAP and info if lefty or righty. Without this benchmark it is hard to say or even guess what the ball is supposed to do.

Depending on the bowler's PAP, it looks a little more like it could be about
4 1/2 by 5 1/2.

If the lanes have light to medium light oil, with a well defined dry area,
if the bowler does not have high ball speed,
if the bowler does not have a high axis tilt,
if the bowler does not have a lot of side rotation,
if the bowler have average or so rev rate (250 - 300),
and if the bowler's PAP is in the 4.5" - 5" range without an inverted track,
THEN this ball could be usable on light to medium light oil with decent length and medium backend.

There are 4 o 8 more sets of potential IFs/Thens. You must give more information about the bowler and the oil pattern for ANYONE to give a semi-reasonable reply.
