I had a buddy drop off a ball to drill for him. 

Stats:
very high tracker very close to fingers/thumb...
low tilt 8-9 deg range,
high rotation maybe 70 deg range. 
Revs near 400
speed around 18
PAP 5 3/4 over and close to 0 up/down.

Looking for a smoother/earlier reaction. 
Heavy volume house shot, wet middle with dry outsides and backend.

The ball is a Green Mamba
Pin is 1.5" from cg, top is approx. 3 oz.

Looking for a layout that is earlier rolling and smooth and also flare-safe (his balls tend to flare over fingers if pin is too low/under fingers).

Any recommendations?  Can the bowtie be pulled up with an appropriate weight hole?
