Hey folks.... looking for any feedback on a layout for when the lanes break down. I'm a speed dominant straighter player. NON a big hand guy. Currently using a Nano and a Tropical Heat hybrid, which are relatively strong:
- pin even and just right of ring
- MB strong
- Pin about 3 1/2" from PAP.
- About a 70* x 4 x 70*
Problem comes up as the lanes get toasted and I need something to go longer, especially on a sport condition. Backend snap too much, lots of over-under.
I was going to try pin above ring (above bridge layouts have never worked for me) and the MB about 1.5" right of thumb. Do you think that would
I also have a great opportunity on a NIB Lane #1 Massacre Blue Death. It's a symetricial ball. I have very limited experience with their gear, way back in the Tsunami days.
any thoughts or advice would be appreciated!

I bowl like you described and my solution was a Taboo pin over the middle finger. The ball goes in a direct path and has strong continuation. I don't need (or can't) cover many boards and the ball is always in play. Surface does the fine touch.
P.S. 50x5"x80 doesn't look speed dominant layout but worked fine.
