Title: Thumb molds
Post by: qstick777 on January 08, 2007, 08:27:09 AM
Does anybody know where to get the silicone for making the thumb molds?  I've seen the Vise exactacated kit, but I don't think I want to spend $130+ for the kit.

I can get the other parts (the cylinder for making the molds), but I'm not sure where to go about getting the silicone as seen on Brunsnick's write-up : http://www.brunsnick.com/vise/vise03.jpg

Are there other alternatives?  Can I find something in a hobby shop that will do the same thing, like maybe some RTV silicone mold kits?

Here, E-mail Tom Laskow at this address http://proedgeproducts@aol.com. His setup is a lot easier to use.
