pin above with cg in the center

I have a question for everyone. What kind of reaction would you see if you drilled a ball with a pin above the fingers with cg in the center of the palm?

Depends on your pap but most of the time long and strong.  I like that layout for deep inside
--------------------
working on my game

Weapons of choice
arch rival
rival
ultra zone
twisted solid
smash zone x 2
twisted fury
vapor zone
pit boss old faithfull

if your talkn cg and pin stacked on the grip line.... i have it on 4 balls 2pearls and 2reactives/soilds.  its give me strong midlane read with big back end..

I've always wondered what reaction that would give.

How different a reaction would I see if Stacked on grip line and Pin above bridge and CG out? More flip in the backend?

By doing that your decreasing the drilling angle. Making it sooner on the lane, less backend but with similar amount of flare.

Heres a vid I shot about 2 weeks ago during some much needed practice. The first half is with an Awesome Finish drilled with the pin above the bridge and the cg a half inch right of the center grip line.

I always put it a little right just to give it a little positive side weight. Doesn't really have a big effect if it where there or on the center grip line. I liked my equipment to be positive.(you can do it) lol

Ball had 2.5 ozs topweight and a 3" pin. It's a great pattern. Plenty of length with a strong backend reaction. Have had two other balls in years past drilled that way that rolled great and that is why I tried it with the Awesome Finish.

…… you can't  add a physics term to a bowling term and expect it to mean something.

Drilling angle really only applies to asymmetric equipment.  On symmetric pieces you're relying heavily on an extra hole to create asymmetry.  Moving the CG around without adding a balance hole will not result in a noticeable change in ball reaction for 95% of bowlers.
