Thumb Pitch
« on: March 31, 2005, 11:10:59 PM »
I'm going from 16 to 15 so I bought some used equipment. Rather than redrill it all, I'm making minimal changes until I commit to 15 (also allows me to test various drill patterns).

Question - I have a ball that fits 'well', fingers and thumb are tight enough and span is just a tad shy of normal. However, I simply can't keep my thumb in the ball.

Is this simply a pitch problem? The slug in the ball is a little slick, have tape in the front but nothing in the back. Any help?
