CG leverage means nothing.....the cg placement determines the placement of the weight hole, nothing more. The placement of the weight hole determines the reaction of the ball (along with other factors). CG leverage is a VERY old school layout that is only used today by people who don't understand the modern game or modern cores.
Stacked leverage is when the pin is 3 and 3/8" from the PAP, and the CG (or mass bias) is stacked in a line even with the VAL. This is the most unstable and maximum flare drilling you can put in a ball. On today's conditions most balls drilled like this overflare and tend to burn up. I don't think it is used as much as it was 8 years ago.
