I am a low track player with avg. ball speed 16mph or so. pap 3 7/8 and at least a 1/4 up. As would be expected I do well on dryer lanes or ones with wet heads and dry backends. Shorter oil patterns. I am an accomplished player Hall of Fame in Assocation. I am looking for advice on equipment and layouts. Mostly for wet lanes or with carrydown. Long patterns with some backends. Most of my balls are layed out with pins inside of grip to get early roll. Works well sometimes. Is it possible with some of these new dynamic balls and exotic drillings to get a similar look on these lane conditions that I have trouble with.I don't want a ball that will just roll up early I am looking to get a little snap on the backends. Any suggestions on balls and layouts please.

I am no expert about drillings, but I have heard that low track players on long/heavy oil should fare quite well with medium RG particle balls which grip rather early, with the carbide type of particle. The deceased Warp Zone from Brunswick must have been a ball which could have been be interesting for you. Maybe that's some direction to look further into?
