Title: Thumb/Reverese Pitch

I lost all the saved material on this subject when my computer went down.I need to know per Bill Taylor's recommediation how much reverse pitch in the thumb do you use if your span is 4/1/2 ring finger and 4/5/8 middle finger. Iam getting a new ball thursday and i want to try out his recommediation. Thanks for your help .

According to BT's book:
4 1/2" span = 1/8" rev
4 5/8" span = 3/16" rev
