Too much finger weight

I've got 3/4 ounce side weight, 3/8 ounce over allowable finger weight, and 1.5 once top weight. What is preferable, take it out of the fingers, go deeper ,or take 3/8 to 1/2 off of the side weight. Thanks in advance.

If you take both fingers equally deeper the only changes that should occur are to finger and top weight.
If you take the ring finger deeper you can lower finger weight, remove positive side weight and remove top weight.
If you add a balance hole in the positive finger quadrant you can remove finger, top, positive side weight while also potentially reducing the amount of flare.
On edit - this only applies to holes that are completely contained within the hemisphere they originate in. It's not always as simple as I made it sound.
