Title: Two quick questions on drilling out MB and placement

Looking at a few balls on Ebay and can't find my cheat sheet for the following:

- What is the effect of drilling out the mass bias (MB is drilled out for an IT), ball is pin down under ring.

- What is the effect of putting the PSA out on the VAL?
