Hello- I have tried the vacu inserts and install them into balls for some customers. When installed it allows a little bit of room for swelling and always seems to feel snug. To get an idea of what it would feel like you can get an insert that is 1-2 sizes smaller then what you currently use right now. Then without putting it in the ball push your finger into it. The grip expands around your finger. That is how this works and the "snug" or "vacu" feeling you will get. Hope this helps, Glen

I used them for awhile, but then went back to no-grips.

 FYI:

you can put them in without the plastic sleeve and just use a regular grip.

Just drill a 31/32" finger hole, and while the ball is still in the press, put a 1 1/32 drill in the press and drill it again 3/4" .

Now you dont need the plastic which is a pain to put in, and it wont come out on you.

Thanks guys for your replies.  I have couple more questions though.  Do you have to order 1 size smaller and how much smaller do you prefer?   If so then how could you fit with hurting your fingers? Does it really increase your revs noticeably as it claimed?

Many thanks guys.

Check out an article I posted on my site yesterday about this.  I had a problem with my fingers swelling.  Go tot he homepage, and it's called Consistent Fit With Your Finger Inserts.

No need to buy the Vacu Inserts when you can drill out the same effect.
