Title: Want a ball to roll early & what ball and how to drill it? Please help

My wife is a solid bowler between192 & 198 avg every year.  She doesnt have much hand in the ball and needs a ball to roll early for her.

Anybody have any suggestions on what ball and how it should be drilled.  I really appreciate it.
