Want to learn to drill and fit my own balls

I would like to learn to fit and drill my own balls. Any suggestions on how to learn would be appreciated. Is there a book or source that would be helpful?

There really is no up to date book that covers the entire scope of pro shop work.  We offer a pro shop training class that is designed to teach people how to operate a pro shop.  We cover everything from plugging and weighing to layout and drilling.  If you're interested in this, please feel free to contact me.  Thanks!
