Another Double Thumb Lay-Out Question
« on: June 22, 2009, 10:08:25 AM »
I know the recommended pin distance should be between 3.5" and 5.5" for this layout per the morichbowling website, but does anyone know what the recommended starting Top Weight should be?

IMHO, the longer the pin out, the more acceptable it is to have TWs in the >3.5oz. range.  Especially if you're dealing with interchangeable thumbs.

This layout isn't about static weights though, so it's not a live or die situation if you aren't able to find a ball with ideal specs.
