what would be considered strong medium and weak pin lenghts for a two handed player?

The same as would be considered for a 1 handed player.  Take their rev rate, axis point and preferred area to play and layout the ball accordingly.

im asking about how long should the pin length be with their extremely high rev rate 5 1/2-6 1/2"?

Depends on their speed / rev ratio, condition, desired reaction, etc. just like anyone else.  For a good number of high rev guys that pin length (to PAP) would be good for everyday use on THS's.  Sport patterns may be a different answer though.

I've seen a couple two handers that use full roller lay outs and love them

Probably because some two handers TRACK like full rollers?

Again...two handed is not some different way of ball roll.  It is a different RELEASE.  The physics of the game once the ball is on the lane are the same.

You don't do anything different than you would for a one hander with similar PAP/revrate/ball speed.
