weight hole question
« on: November 25, 2007, 10:23:00 PM »
Sorry if this question sounds stupid, but I do not recall this. If a weight hole touches the thumb hole at the bottom; is the ball legal?

Don't see anything in the manual about it.  Like fingers meeting at the bottom, it's probably not good for the material above the meeting point.  It would be more susceptible to cracking, I think.

Is it illegal because a vent hole can only have a max dia of 1/4"? If the xhole breaks into the thumb hole it could be considered a vent hole.

Just wondering. What if it just hits the slug and doesn't actually hit the inside of the thumb hole?
