What type of reaction would this drill pattern give me? Pin is below the ring finger cg kicked out, and the MB in the strong position about 1/2-1" away and a lttle below the thumb?

Should be a strong arc fairly far down the lane.
Edit:again this is in general not taking your style in to account

It depends on the ball and your style/specs.
Ball?
Specs?

The ball is the primal instinct and i am a stroker, medium speed and rev rate, my pap is 4 3/4 to the right and 1/4 up.

These are only educated guesses since I am only going on ball and your specs and I have not seen the ball in action, so don't take them to heart.
Box finish I would expect a strong midlane roll with a smooth backend allmost a hook set type of reaction on a typical house shot.
Polished to 1500 I would expect a skid/strong arc but not skid snap.
I think the polish would give you a more versatile ball since you are a stroker and we strokers sometimes have trouble getting the ball to the break point with enough energy to make a strong move to the pocket.
I do at least.

you are right on the nose with hook set type of reaction. Polishing it to 1500 how exactly would i do that?

take it to the pro shop and tell them to polish it to 1500

My version on 1500 polished is:
Wet sand with 1500 grit snad paper then polish with Storm Step 3 or equivalent for:
30 seconds
then turn 180° 30 sec.
turn 90° 30 sec
180° 30 sec.

WARNING -- Iketown300 can get away with this layout because he's a low 3/4 tracker (see his PAP dimensions). The same layout for someone that's a high 3/4 will flare over the finger holes. -- JohnP
