Ok, the lanes are something like this: 36-38ft long or so, heavier oil in the middle and less and less towards the outside, 8 boards on each side are dry (So dry that when i walked up to the lanes, I don't see any oil on the boards compared to the middle boards)
I tend to have alot of trouble playing these lanes at this center. What kinda ball or strategy would you guys use?

It sounds like a THS.

This is as easy of a condition as you are going to get. Are you having problems getting to the pocket or not carrying? What line are you playing?

Get a weaker ball, that is drilled to go a little longer. Then you just have to feed it to the dry area.

I'm using the paradigm , with the pin right beside the ring finger to the right.
It sythetic lanes... I throw it at around the 20th board towards space between the 2nd and 3rd arrow so around 12-14th board...First few shots its perfect, hits the pocket fine ... then there must be carry down and dry spots everywhere, i get shots that runs on me and gives me splits, so i move 2 boards to the left and throw it at the same arrow and it wouldn't come back.... I'm not very good at reading the lanes breaking down but when I'm at a point where one spot is too dry, 2 board to right is too wet.... the 8 boards on the right are dry, so i don't know where to go

I'm not a pro by any means but this is what I would try if you haven't already that is:
1. Stay on original line and firm up on speed.
2. Stay on original line w/ a little more loft.
3. Move feet AND target 2 boards left.
4. Use a ball with less surface if you have one.
I typically have the most success with #3 with what you are describing.

Ideally, playing this kind of shot means you need to play the oil line. Try squaring up and playing a break point in the 8-dry boards. Your target at the arrows should be around 12-10, and bumping up againt the dry. You may need something weaker than that paradigm, something that doesnt react to the dry so drastically.
