A friend of mine is a precision grinder. He just converted a bunch of #2 Morse Taper Bits (AMF Drill) to a standard 1/2" reduced shank to work in Jacobs chuck. If you have any old tapered bits laying around and can't use them because you have changed your drill this as an awesome way to revitalize the bits. The ones he did are extremely accurate and spin true. I can send a picture of the final product if interested.
