The Buzz is worth redrilling correctly. The core is simple with not a lot of flare.
Aside: I'm kind of surprised when you say the ball is rolling out. While low pins can help that to happen, the Buzz is such a ball that unless you're bowling on very light oil or you have very low ball speed, it is very unlikely to roll out, in the true sense of that phrase.
I would expect it to hook earlier than a pin over the finger, of course, and maybe for the overall hook to be slightly less, but I would hardly expect it to roll out.
Is it at its stock surface: 800 grit sanding plus a high gloss polish?
If not, that could be the cause, as the sanded Buzz can be aggressive. I would expect the sanded Buzz to roll out.
I speak from some experience with the ball. I have two, one pin under the ring and one higher andto the outside. I have experimented with different dull/matte surfaces and different levels of polish, and used them on different lane surfaces. Dull or matte, they do need medium or heavier oil.
Good luck with the re-drilling.
