Title: What to do with too much speed not enough hook?????

I am having problems killing my shot all my balls are drilled with pin above the ring finger.  Have 3-4" pins with min 3oz top wt.  I have an onslaught, eraser PP, v2 sanded, v2 pearl, and hercules.  I have problems with oilier conditions and I have all the speed in the world but losing my backend.  My balls are also drilled 1/2 reverse on the thumb and offset a bit to throw my thumb out quicker.  Please let me know any suggestions.
