I want to know where to put a weight hole to help the ball react better on the backend. For example a 4X4 layout, where can i put a wieght hole to make the turn over stronger at the break point above or below PAP, on the VAL or where please let me know. I am just trying to learn how to use weight holes.
Thanks

It would be best to change the surface in order to get better backend

I'll 2nd that, it's much easier to tweak the surface than it is to plug a X-hole that didn't give you the results you were looking for.

Tweaking ball reaction is (only half tongue in cheek, now)
50% science
50% crafts (art)
50% voodoo.
This is no joke.
You can tweak a ball reaction by
1) adjusting the surface via sanding by itself or in conjunction with polishing,
2) using weight holes that will reduce the overall and intermediate PSA strength (differential and, thus, flare)
3) using weight holes that will increase the overall and the intermediate PSA strength (differential and, thus, flare)
and any combination of 1 and 2 or 1 and 3.
