Was just contemplating a few things over the last few days and one item that I'd like an opinion on is the following.....
Who do the asymmetrical cores benefit the most? I mean with the X Factors and Rules and Bullys and such dominating the new release market, who is getting the most bang for them?
And also, who is being hurt by the current trend in bowling?
My personal feel is that the older bowlers and the strokers are really getting help from the new balls while the crankers are getting the shaft.
I have a good friend who loves the lightbulb style core balls like the Crash, Beast, Messenger, Turbo, Teal Rhino pro etc and he is having a tough time finding equipment now.
Another good pal of mine loves his Quantum Helix to death and is in search of a similar roll. Well the only way I could get the smoothness he was loking for was to take a $120 retail pearl resin, drill it 2x4 and scuff it to take away the bounce.
As always, thanks in advance for the opinions.....
