DV8 ball cleaners
« on: July 22, 2013, 09:19:15 AM »
Are the ball cleaners new to DV8 this year, page 4 / last page:

http://library.constantcontact.com/download/get/file/1011064463020-1501/2013+DV8+Bags.pdf

A use any time cleaner and a before/after cleaner.

Can't see that DV8, a Brunswick subsidiary, would have been allowed by Brunswick to do the research necessary to develop a new line of cleaners, seeing as how Brunswick has both their own and now markets Neo-Tac's cleaners under their own brand.

So I strongly suspect these "new" DV8 Labeled cleaners are either Brunswick's or Neo-Tac's relabeled. If they are Neo-Tac's, they should be excellent.

What charest said makes the most sense. To answer your question I believe they are new. I dont remember seeing them before on their site or other retailers.

The approved products document on Bowl.com doesn't show them yet, but it's a little more than a month old.

This might not be new news... but Bowler's Paradise shows the Brunswick "Neo-tac" products as discontinued and Buddies doesn't have any Neo-tac products listed.

The Neo-tac site is also under construction.

I see Control-It on the Bowlers Paradise web site and it syas nothing about "discontined".

I do see only Brunswick's and Neo-Tac's own Control-It and none of the other NT products. Maybe Brunswick and Neo-Tac are just reorganizing to better market the product list??

The one thing I can add to this discussion is that we received a large postcard in the mail that came from Neo-Tac and not Brunswick.  Something tells me the Neo-Tac name is back again.  From what I read in the other post, it does make sense that Brunswick only had rights for so many years.  Interesting.  Wish I had more to add.
