I had a Nexxus f(p+r) and i loved it. As best as i can explain it started "caving" in! It started cracking from pin to fingers and started cracking all around the thumb. Even the Axis hole started cracking around it and started to chip away. Really sad cause this is a great ball. Brunswick was very cool and honored the warranty threw our distributor, wound up with a DV8 hell raiser revenge. Again very happy with this ball and hope it holds up!

If you are looking for a heavy oil ball look no farther than this ball!!
This ball reads the mids very well. I use this ball on my Sport league.
This ball works great on the Kegel turnpike.
I want to thank Brunswick/DV8 for making another great ball.

Mine was cracked from the pin to the ring finger. I took it out of my bag to use it Saturday, and it was cracked all the way around the ball...lol. Oh well.

The cracking around the entire ball will happen and in a short period of time once you actually have a crack from pin to finger holes.

How much space is between the bridge and what are the pitches?

Bridge doesnt necessarily have to be too close if the pitches are close to running together. There must be atleast 7/8" lateral pitches from the fingers, 1/4" of bridge, and i forget the distance to the pin, to manufacturer spec. That could be one issue as to why the balls have been cracking. That and changing of temperature.

Since I first responded to this thread that mine cracked near the fingers, then all the way around the ball, I talked to a few other guys that had the same thing happen to them. I don't know if there is a flaw in the cover or whatever, but Ace Mitchell gave me credit for mine even though the pin is closer than 1" to the ring finger.
