As an addendum: used the Hell Raiser first time in league, and while it was only usable on fresh lanes, I cracked another personal record: official personal high game with 276, and (while using a Blackout and black Pure Hammer) a 710 3-series in that course.
The ball is a weapon on frash lanes, I had room galore. But you have to stay alert, because once things dry up, you get into easy trouble. Thankfully I was able to make the right adjustments, immediately switching balls when I felt that the good carry went away.
And: the Hell Raiser attracts dirt like nothing else I have ever had in my hands! The cover must be tremendously porous, or the neon colour additives (which are supposed to act like tiny spikes?) have some stickiness to them which is something between amazing and shocking. Anyway, the ball still keeps up its good OOB performance, but definitively needs thorough cleaning after each use.
